KD SEALS
The KD seal is designed for sealing on single-acting pistons. A thicker dynamic sealing lip shorter than the static lip so constructed to optimise loads on the respective contact surfaces. Made of SEALPUR 93, it is suitable for a wide range of light to medium-duty applications. Fields of use: earth moving and agricultural machinery, hydraulic presses, forklift trucks.
KDF SEALS
The KDF type seal is equipped in this version with a filled resin ring with a guiding and anti-extrusion function. This design allows it to be used even at very high pressures.
DOUBLE-ACTING PISTON SEALS FOR HYDRAULICS
KGD SEALS
Double-acting seal with central seal in nitrile rubber NBR 75, supports in SEALITE 63 and side guides in POM FV. The profile and materials used allow mounting on one-piece pistons built for earth-moving machinery, truck-mounted cranes, lifting platforms, etc.
KPD SEALS
Double-acting TPU 97 polyurethane gasket energised by O-Ring NBR 75. Advantages of use: small footprint, abrasion resistance, easy assembly even without tools, low cost.
KHT SEALS
NX SEALS
The seal consists of a PTFE outer element filled with bronze and solid lubricants and an O-Ring acting as an 'expander'. A typical low-friction seal suitable for high speeds, it can also be used with aggressive fluids or at extreme temperatures by replacing the standard nitrile rubber O-Ring with O-Rings made of fluoroelastomer or other suitable compounds.
