SC-TC SHAFT SEALS
These seals consist of an elastomer main element with a sealing lip, stiffened by a metal ring and energized by a metal coil spring.
Application fields:
Oil and grease sealing in gearboxes such as reduction gears, electric motor, etc
DV RINGS
The DV rings are manufactured in TPU 93 polyurethane making this sealing element particular wear-resistant even with highly abrasive dirt and dust.
As every urethane resin the material used for the DV ring does not tolerate very high speed; therefore the peripheral speed should not exceed 1m/sec.
VA-VS RINGS
Usually made of nitrile rubber these small rings are the most used in bearing protection, acting as lubricant control and barrier against dirt, dust and water.
S-TRC/S-TRP
PTFE-bronze seal with energizing O-ring.
Suitable for bi-directional sealing for oleodynamic rotating elements, it has a low friction modulus. It prevents also stick-slip and mechanic shock after inactivity periods.

Application fields:
-junction, connections or flange sealing of all fluids compatible with nitrile rubber.
