SINGLE ACTION PISTON SEALS

KD SEALS
The KD seal is designed for single effect pistons. The thicker dynamic sealing lip is shorter than the static one in order to distribute the loads correctly on their respective surfaces. Made of SEALPUR 93, this seal is suitable for various uses in many fields, such as: earth-moving and agricultural machinery, hydraulic presses and forklifts.
KDF SEALS
This kind of seal is supplied, in this version, with a filled resin ring acting as antiextrusion guide, which enables the seal to endure also very high pressure.

DOUBLE ACTING PISTON SEALS

KGD SEALS

Double acting seal with central nitrile rubber sealing, TPU 55 stands and POM FV side grooves. Profile and materials are suitable for assembling on monoblock pistons in earth-moving machinery, cranes, lifting platforms etc.

KPD SEALS

TPU 96 polyurethane double acting seal energized with an O-ring. Its benefits are: small size, high abrasion resistance, easy assembling and low price.

NX SEALS

This type of seal is made up by an external element in bronze and solid lubricant filled PTFE and an expander O-ring. It has a low friction and it can endure high speed, aggressive fluids or high temperature just replacing the standard nitrile rubber O-ring with an O-ring made of fluoroelastomer or other appropriate compounding.
