Sixten always pursued and pursues its customers’ full satisfaction – it’s the ultimate goal of our business. We developed a quality management system to make our processes more effective. Our quality management system determines our operating and communicating processes and defines the activities that manage the information flow between us and our customers. Our goals are a) Grant our customers’ fullest satisfaction thanks to our experience that allows us to find out all their needs b) Lead Sixten to become a reference point for the trade area of seals and gaskets, increasing our expertise and skills c) Improve steadily our range of products and services, analyzing and evaluating any innovation offered by seals market We will define, determine and verify peculiar quality targets in the medium terms and periodically review them. Our quality manual and procedures define the methods to reach such targets Management representative for quality system will prepare and review a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business, verifying their efficiency. We asked all our workers and employees to actively cooperate to realize and update the quality system and follow what defined in the quality manual and company procedures.
